I’ve got a lot of love in my heart for Mega Man (Rockman to you purists) and a dream of hoverboards in 2015 that can’t be sustained. Long story short, this mashup was kind of inevitable.

This is as finished as Tragic Hero Brewing Company is for now. My friend, who requested the branding for her husband’s homebrewing projects, is expecting her first baby, so I’m not pushing her for any kind of reply. I am, however, anxious to see what the two of them think about my work on the […]
Some classmates will pester your kid to bring in snacks on their birthday. My daughter’s classmates? Well, they wanted napkins.
Taryn had the unenviable task of getting down all of the requests from her classmates, and some were easier to fulfill than others.
The missus and I crosses a big to-do off the bucket list on Nov. 23 when we got to see Weezer live in concert. Aside from being fans for a long time, they’re the only band I know who has written a song that rhymes with her maiden name, Bagdonas. The set list was a virtual greatest hits, but I won’t bore you with that here. My full review is up on the Discover Lehigh Valley blog.
What’s good for the goose is good for the gander, right? I think that works in this case. Regardless, I figured the differentiation between my two Napkin Art titles on DeviantArt was overdue. You see, it was easy to keep track of napkins when I was simply drawing them for one kid, but when my […]
It’s funny. After months of working on this design with a rudimentary color palette, I got kind of attached to the black and blue version I had created. The idea of adding color made me a bit nervous at first – kind of like a new ending revealed to your favorite movie or learning that […]
“Space. It seems to go on forever. But then you get to the end and the gorilla starts throwin’ barrels at you.” Well, maybe that’s the wrong reference, but you get my drift. I had seen a few of these Donkey Kong spoofs done well in the past, but the obvious one never revealed itself […]
“How do you know the summer is really and truly over?… For me, the way I know the summer’s a goner is when my brother Pete and Artie, the strongest man in the world, go to the beach and try to beat up the ocean. They’re not crazy, just angry – angry that the summer has to end.”
KND or Codename: Kids Next Door has made its way into the Napkin Art. This was a fun series to do, as I was able to sequentially do the Numbuh’s backwards starting with Abby “Numbah 5″ and working towards Nigel, “Numbuh 1.”
I introduced my daughter, for whom the Napkin Art was first created, to Earthbound and she loves it. Like father, like daughter. So one of my personal favorite Nintendo games, Earthbound, has now made its Napkin Art debut.
